Loved the location as it was near to long bien golf course...

Loved the location as it was near to long bien golf course and Jimmy was very helpful. He contacted me as soon a so booked and wanted to help me with travel to and from hotel. Also made me breakfast when I wanted it! View from the rooftop was stunning looking back over to Hanoi.

The only negative I would say the property could do with a bit of updating.

Has potential

Breakfast was nice and staff were kind. Netflix in the room was a bonus. The room itself is very modern and has lots of potential to be a really good place to stay just needs the small parts such as the pool sorting to be value for money.

We had planned a 1 night stay as travellers with a bit more luxury to have a pool facility. Unfortunately the pool was not clean to use for which we were disappointed with. The distance from the centre requires a taxi however we did know this beforehand. We could have got better value for money nearer the centre without the pool.

A happy and comfortable place to stay!

The hosts were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The place was out of town but great to get away from the hustle of the city. It had a really nice local feel and the style of the place was a little bit quirky and original. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and Jimmy is a good cook! The pool would be fine for kids but a little small for adults. The rooftop area has amazing views and lovely for breakfast or a cold drink in the evening. The room felt spacious and comfortable with a massive bathroom and bath/shower.

Location is pathetic u don't find anything as in no good restaurants ... Cleaning of room not done on daily basis no bike avaible only hotel lol trying to sell car . Too expensive hotel it was our first stay n we shelled out lot no view no market , pool unclean

Overall, we had a very satisfying stay in Vietnam's Long Bien Bridge Villa! :)

Jimmy (the host of the villa), was superb! He was very accommodating and kind. He made sure that our stay in Vietnam was memorable. He showed us the tourist spots that we can visit and we took advantage of the Halong Bay Tour which was an awesome experience (though it was hot in Halong when we had the tour). Jimmy prepared us Vietnamese breakfasts (pho) which were really yummy and delicious! I am still craving for those "pho" up to now that I am back at work here in my country. When we had a problem with the bidet in our room, he fixed it right off the bat. His wife and children were very accommodating as well. The villa was not that near in the Old Quarter, however, it was just a short grab or taxi ride. I would definitely recommend Jimmy's villa to everyone who would visit Vietnam.

Jimmy, I guess the owner is nice and helpful.

The lady who works there is really pushy and not helpful. The pool looks amazing in the pictures but it is actually very dirty, so even though I really wanted to use it I didn't dare. It's a pity that the door of every room has like a blured but clear glass and they never turn off the light on the hallway in the night, so it all goes to the room.

The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Owner speaks good English. The breakfast was not that good as we expected but good. We booked it because of the pool but it didnt look like on the pictures. We missed kettle and fridge and also we had to pay for the water in difference from other cheaper hostels. Overall the accomodation was very good but we expected more for that price.

Great welcome to Vietnam

Jimmy and his family were helpful and friendly. He organized a trip to Halong bay for us which we really enjoyed. He also responded to our booking very quickly and arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. We have a really nice breakfast included with a choice of eggs and French toast. The villa was really clean and it was great value.

It’s located 10 minutes outside the town and was a little hard to locate on google maps. Jimmy warned us that the location would not be on google and sent us the address but we still couldn’t find it on the map so I would recommend saving the location on your maps before leaving the villa.
